Senior Director 

Nashla is the Senior Director of the Monitoring and Reporting Team; her responsibilities include developing protocols and processes and providing training on good practices in prison oversight. Previously, she served as Deputy Executive Director of Oversight and Evaluation at the NYC Board of Correction. Nashla is a former board member of the National Association of Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement (NACOLE), and a member of the jail and prison oversight committee. Nashla has an MPA from New York University’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service and a BA from Queens College.
