Associate Director, Communications

Joshua Manson is the Associate Director for Communications on the Policy and Communications Team. Previously, he served as the Communications Director for the Policing Project at NYU School of Law and the Communications Lead for the COVID Behind Bars Data Project at UCLA School of Law. Joshua has also worked at Brooklyn Defender Services, the American Civil Liberties Union, and the Center for Constitutional Rights. In addition, he has worked as an independent freelance journalist. He earned a BA in Politics from Bates College.
