2008 Educational Workshops

The Women in Prison Project is currently conducting educational workshops for organizations that serve formerly incarcerated women and people from communities in New York City most affected by incarceration.

The workshop will include a discussion about the Coalition for Women Prisoners' Advocacy Day in Albany this past March, and next year's event, and information about how to get involved in the Coalition for Women Prisoners (a statewide Coalition coordinated by the Women in Prison Project) and ReConnect (the Project's leadership training course for formerly incarcerated women).
