Each One, Teach One
Each One Teach One (EOTO) is a comprehensive youth development program that seeks to build the organizing and leadership skills of young people who have been affected by juvenile justice policies – young people who have been incarcerated or young people who live in neighborhoods with high rates of youth incarceration.
The program has three main goals:
- To train young people to become activists and leaders in juvenile justice reform efforts.
- To involve young people in the public debate and decision-making regarding youth and juvenile justice issues.
- To affect positive, far-reaching changes in juvenile justice policies in New York.
